Who am I?

​

​I am a South Asian daughter of immigrants. I reflect on my own identities and ways to build solidarity with diverse marginalized and colonized communities. I grew up on Piscataway Land. I can humbly say I’m not perfect and I am messy in my growth journey as well! 

​I also enjoy spending time with loved ones, trying new foods, and dancing!

Education & Training

I completed my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University, including a full time clinical internship at UT Austin's Counseling and Mental Health Center.

I attended University of Maryland, College Park for my undergraduate degrees.

Professional Experience 

I have over 10 years of clinical experience working predominantly at university counseling centers and community mental health centers with young adults. Most recently, I have worked at University of Maryland with undergraduate and graduate students (18-45 yrs old) with a variety of challenges.
